Are you looking for a hearty breakfast that is super yummy, packed full of nutrients and will keep you satisfied for hours? Try making your own blended breakfast bowl. My friend Michael Mitchell has been creating some delicious energy packed concoctions… each of them less than 300 calories, so I asked him to share a few of his original recipes with me. The first one I tried is the Bora Bora which he says he named due to it’s color, pattern and all the ingredients combined feeling zen-like…plus the Açai powder is packed with antioxidants that give you an airy feeling.
Ron and I tried it and both agreed it’s amazing, it has the perfect amount of smoothness and crunch. The combination of the ingredients is spot on, and it really did keep us full and satisfied for several hours. I find that ordering things like this out can be expensive, so making this at home is also a great money saver. The extra added bonus is it’s so easy to prepare that even Ron can make it without me!
Give it a try and leave a note in the comments section letting me know what you think. A Great Big Thanks to Michael for sharing …can’t wait to try another!
